What do you do to prevent bleeding colors?
We sort your laundry into whites, colors, towels/sheets. Then we take it a step further and allow you to choose your wash temperature and laundry detergent. We will follow all requests and instructions to prevent the possibility of bleeding colors.
How do you prevent shrinkage?
We allow you to customize your order so it is being washed just like you would do it. We will follow all requests and instructions to prevent the possibility of shrinkage.
What types of laundry bags do you use?
Our high quality professional laundry bags allow your folded clothes to maintain their shape, making them easier for you to put away. Unlike plastic trash bags, your laundry is safe from moisture and damage. When your laundry is delivered back to your porch, the large handles allow you to easily bring your fresh, clean laundry inside.
Do you remove stains?
We request that you pretreat all stains prior to placing items in the laundry bag. While we do our best to return items back to you stain free, Little Birds Laundry is not responsible for stain removal.
What happens if something is lost or ruined?
No one knows your laundry better than you do. That is why we allow customization, to get it just right. While we always strive to deliver perfection, you will be compensated a maximum $30 per bag if we fail to meet your expectations.
What steps do you take to ensure cleanliness?
We clean the canvas laundry bags with disinfectant wipes after removing the dirty laundry to ensure the bags are sanitized before placing clean, folded clothes back into the bag(s). Your laundry is always washed separate from other orders to avoid mix-ups. Lastly, we clean our washers and dryers monthly to keep them working at peak performance.
